B. Cancellation & Refunds
• Please note that any cancellation to your registration must be made in writing & must reach the CPC before 31st July 2010. Cancellations after July 31st 2010 will not be refunded.
• Please email your cancellation request stating your registration number and full particulars (name, job title, company, account details, contact details, etc.) to: cpc@nigerianbar.org and fdiyyo@yahoo.com
• Cancellations received before 31st July 2010 will be refunded less N2,500 administrative charges. Refunds will be made after the end of the conference.
• We regret to inform that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 31st July 2010. Any requests for refunds made after this deadline will not be entertained but substitute delegates are welcome. Please email the personal details of substitute delegates to cpc@nigerianbar.org and fdiyyo@yahoo.com by 7th August, 2010 for processing. Requests for replacements submitted after 7th August, 2010 will not be entertained.
