COURSE OBJECTIVE: The course provides an integrated approach to those seeking to function as professional medical receptionist, medical secretaries and medical administrative assistants in healthcare organizations in the country.
The course seeks to:
1) Provide participants with the essential body of knowledge and skills to function as medical receptionist, medical secretaries and medical administrative assistants.
2) Prepare participants to acquire appropriate responsibilities so as to ensure smooth running of healthcare organizations in the country.
The course consists of three separate training programs:
I. The Medical Receptionists training program
II. The Medical Secretaries training program.
III. The Medical Administrative/Executive Assistants training program.
NOTE: On successful completion of the program, candidates would be eligible to apply for membership of the Institute of Medical Secretaries and Executive Assistants, Nigeria.
REGISTRATION:
Each candidate is required to study the course program first and then register for ONLY ONE of the three training programs offered for the course.

2. Forms can be downloaded or registration can also be done online at the institute website: www.imsea.com.ng
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Fees cover Training, Training materials, Lunch/tea break, and Certificate, plus group photography.
Each Candidate is expected to register for and participate in ONLY ONE of the 3 training programs. Candidates are required to make payment before participating at the training program.
Discount is available for group registration.
Registration would be on strictly first come first serve basis.
